YOUR INFORMATION

Signup privacy notice

CHACE Farms uses the information you submit to manage volunteer interest and newsletter subscriptions. Volunteer forms collect your name, email, and the optional contact details and information you choose to share. Newsletter forms collect your email and optional name, with your consent to receive updates.

Submissions are stored in the website’s database and available through a restricted team dashboard. Website hosting services process this information to operate the forms. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

To update or delete a signup, or stop receiving newsletter messages, email info@chacefarms.com. We will use the address associated with your signup to verify your request.

Newsletter signup does not register you as a volunteer, and volunteering does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
